SON YAWNS AND SIGHS.
- FATHER So, it’s come to this.
- SON It has come to bloody nothing. It’s always been the same.
- FATHER So, the whole thing starts again.
- SON No, the whole thing’s come to an end.
FATHER SMILES
SON TURNS AWAY.

SON GETS UP AND TURNS AWAY

- SON At last it’s time.
