I worked for BT for 33yrs finishing as a Service Design Manager for BT Global Services in 2006. During that time I worked with colleagues and clients at all levels of business, and had many meetings which were a mixture of face to face, audio conferencing and 1to1 phone calls. I also had a short spell of training as an Customer Service facilitator.
Paul also appeared in School Assembly and, in 2013, many short plays for ART.
